Expansion, Original Art | Ingrid Sanchez

Expansion is an original cyanotype and acrylic painting on a round wood panel, a circle that grows from its center outward like a bloom opening or a breath filling the body. At its heart, a cluster of tiny white and gold leaves gathers into a glowing mandala, and from there everything begins to radiate.
This piece is part of my Elements collection, a mixed media series inspired by the elements, the cardinal directions and the celestial cycles that guide the women's circles I hold at La Casita.
