Eclipse, Original Art | Ingrid Sanchez

Eclipse is an original cyanotype and acrylic painting on a round wood panel, a meeting place of sun and moon. At its heart, a glowing golden sun and a pale silver moon drift into one another, held within sweeping arcs of white and gold that circle and overlap like orbits, or like breath moving through the body.

This piece is part of my Elements collection, a mixed media series inspired by the elements, the cardinal directions and the celestial cycles that guide the women's circles I hold at La Casita.
