Welcome to a creative and sacred space for women in Kensal Rise, West London.

These women’s circles and cacao ceremonies are designed to nourish the heart, awaken creativity, and honour the cycles of the moon and the seasons. Held in my cozy garden studio La Casita (W10), each gathering offers a blend of ritual, storytelling, shared drumming, and artistic expression.

No experience is needed, everything we do is gentle, intuitive, and guided with care. All women are welcome, whether it’s your first time or a returning ritual.

Have you ever wondered why I collect herbs from my garden, use rainwater, or sip cacao before painting? These rituals keep me grounded, inspired, and connected, both as a woman and as an artist. I now share them through these intimate, heart-led circles.

Whether you're joining a full moon gathering or booking a 1:1 creative session, you’ll experience a warm, inclusive environment where sisterhood, magic, and rhythm come together.

🌿 What’s Included:

Smudging & Intention Setting
We begin with a gentle smudge using copal, a grounding circle, and intention-setting to welcome each woman into the space.

Ceremonial Cacao Circle
We mindfully share cacao, known for its heart-opening qualities, alongside oracle cards, gentle music, and sacred stillness.

Sacred Drumming Journey & Circle
We start with a guided shamanic drumming journey to connect with your inner guidance or creative spirit. This flows into a sacred drumming circle, where we drum together and for one another, deepening our collective rhythm, voice, and connection. Sharing is welcome but optional.

Closing Circle & Free Time
Relax with tea, oracle books, and gentle conversation. Weather permitting, we light a fire in the garden to close our time together.

• Time: 3:00pm (flexible for private bookings)

• Duration: About 3 hours (longer with fire)

• Group Size: Small & intimate (max 6 women)

• Private Sessions: Available for 1:1 or custom gatherings

• Sliding Scale Pricing: £20–£28
  This circle is offered on a sliding scale to ensure every woman can participate, regardless of finances.

  • £20 – for those needing support (limited spaces)

  • £28 – helps sustain the space and support others
    Choose the amount that feels right for you, your presence is what matters most.

🌸 What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes (we’ll be sitting on the floor)

• A small item for the altar (e.g., flower, stone, or amulet)

• A light snack to share (fruit, dates, or biscuits welcome)

Full payment is required to secure your place. Sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled. After booking, you’ll receive the exact address and a welcome email with all the details.
