Gaia’s Heartbeat is a 16” shamanic drum, lovingly hand-crafted and hand-painted by artist Ingrid Sanchez. Inspired by Mother Earth, this drum carries the energy of sunflowers, summer leaves, and the nurturing spirit of the goddess.

Painted beneath a rainbow sky, awakened under the full moon on September 7, 2025, and infused with the energy of the total lunar eclipse at 7:33 PM BST.

The willow hoop is hand-painted with golden leaves, while the goat hide is naturally printed with a cyanotype floral pattern designed by the artist. Earthy tones of green, deep blue, and soft gold flow across the surface, evoking the richness of fertile soil and the glow of sunlight filtering through the forest canopy.

On the back, the woven handle takes the form of a sun goddess, symbolizing the eternal connection between earth, life, and the rhythms of the cosmos.

The sound is deep, resonant, and grounding: ideal for ceremony, meditation, or journeying. More than an instrument, Gaia’s Heartbeat is a one-of-a-kind spiritual companion and piece of functional art, created in reverence to nature’s cycles.
