Feather Light | Cyanotype Original by Ingrid Sanchez

‘Feather Light’ is a quiet meditation on presence, air, and the traces left behind by movement. Created using the cyanotype process, this original artwork captures the delicate imprint of real feathers collected during a walk. 

The deep indigo blue, a signature of the cyanotype method, gives this piece both simplicity and depth. It invites pause, breath, and softness, themes that often guide my work with nature and ritual.

This artwork is part of a growing series of botanical and symbolic impressions, made by hand in my West London studio using the power of sunlight and found natural objects.
