This Drum Birthing Workshop is a sacred, hands-on experience where you will craft your own shamanic drum and beater under the guidance of artist and facilitator Ingrid Sanchez (CreativeIngrid).

🌿 What to Expect
We will spend the day in deep connection with the materials — hide and hoop — cutting, weaving, binding, and finally birthing your very own drum. Throughout the workshop, you are held in a safe, supportive space that blends creativity, ritual, and intention.

🌀 Our Journey Together

• Opening Ritual – smudging with copal, grounding drumming, meditation, and intention-setting

• Connecting with the Hide – honoring and preparing the natural goat hide

• Drum Creation – step-by-step process of cutting, weaving, and binding your drum and beater

• Optional Personalization – add a cyanotype design to your hide (extra fee for time & materials)

• Closing – blessing your finished drum and welcoming it into your practice
