Whispers in Indigo | Feather Cyanotype Diptych by Ingrid Sanchez

‘Whispers in Indigo’ is a cyanotype diptych composed of two original prints, each featuring three delicate feathers captured in luminous Prussian blue. Created using sunlight and natural materials, this pair is a meditation on stillness, air, and quiet connection, like a conversation between two pages.

Printed on mixed media paper, the texture offers a slightly more organic finish compared to my archival pieces on watercolor paper. Despite the more modest surface, both pieces are beautifully detailed and unique, a perfect pairing for those drawn to light, nature, and botanical simplicity.

This diptych is sold together as a set of two unframed originals. Hang them side by side, or let them float in separate corners of a room,  either way, they’re meant to bring calm and visual poetry into your space.
