1:1 Creative & Ritual Session with Ingrid

A private space for creativity, ritual, and connection

Are you curious about the mystical side of creativity, but feel a little shy about joining a group? This one-on-one session is a gentle and personal alternative to my monthly women’s circles, designed just for you.

You’re invited into my West London studio for a deeply nurturing experience that weaves together creativity, ritual, and plant medicine in a space that is calm, safe, and entirely yours.

Whether you're an artist, seeker, or simply feel drawn to the sacred in everyday life, we’ll co-create a session that brings you inspiration, clarity, and connection.

What to Expect in a 1:1 Session

Your time with me will be uniquely tailored, but may include:

  • Plática – A heart-to-heart conversation to understand where you are and what you’re needing.

  • Cacao Ritual – Opening the heart and inviting in creative flow with sacred cacao.

  • Grounding – Through breathwork, meditation, visualization, or shamanic drumming.

  • Smudging – Energetically clearing yourself and the space.

  • Oracle Cards – Gentle guidance through symbolism and intuition.

  • Water Magic – For artists or beginners, a mini painting session using watercolors.

  • Fee: This listing is for 1 person, with the option to add 1 guest (a friend or loved one).
