Watercolor and Masking Fluid - Basic to Intermediate level

The purpose of this class, is to show you how to apply one of my favourite techniques: the use of masking fluid to layer and create unusual textures while painting a circular painting.

You will be able to choose your own theme: galaxy or botanical and paint using watercolours, masking fluid and other texture techniques.

This listing is for my Moon Painting with Masking Fluid Workshop in my garden-studio in West London on Saturday 18th June 2022 from 11am to 3pm. My new workshop studio has been designed with plenty of ventilation, access to my garden and enough space between students to keep a safe distance.

This workshop is ideal for people who want to learn how to paint with watercolors and masking fluid in a fluid and loose way. We will cover:

- Introduction to materials

- How to prepare your brushes for better results

- Painting a circle

- Experimentation and working with alternative materials

The focus of this class is to give you all the information you need and open your eyes to the possibilities of the medium, so you can practice and find your own voice as an artist with a better understanding of the practice.

Previous experience with watercolors is helpful, but not essential.

Space is limited to 4 people and upfront payments are requested to secure your place. This is a non-refundable class, unless it has to be cancelled.
