Floral Abstract Watercolor Workshop London | April 2nd 2022Sold Out
Abstract Watercolor Course - Basic to Intermediate level
This listing is for my Abstract Floral Watercolor Workshop in my garden-studio in West London on Saturday 2nd April 2022 from 11am to 3pm. My new workshop studio has been designed with plenty of ventilation, access to my garden and enough space between students to keep a safe distance.
This workshop is ideal for people who want to learn how to paint with watercolors in a fluid and loose way. I will explain my personal technique and help you find your own style. We will cover:
- All you need to know about the materials
- How to prepare your paper for better results
- Experimentation and working with alternative materials
The focus of this class is to give you all the information you need and open your eyes to the possibilities of the medium, so you can practice and find your own voice as an artist with a better understanding of the practice.
Previous experience with watercolors is helpful, but not essential. We will try different papers and brushes, we will use watercolors and inks to create unusual effects, experimentation is key in this class. Be prepared to paint without limits, it is fun, liberating and my experience the best way to learn. Do you have any questions about selling your art or preparing your files? Bring them to the class and start a discussion, I am here to help.
Space is limited to 4 people and upfront payments are requested to secure your place. This is a non-refundable class, unless it has to be cancelled. After payment, I will email you a PDF with my address and further instructions. To make sure my email gets delivered to your Inbox, you must add email@example.com to your contacts list.
I will provide all the materials, tea and nibbles! If you have any questions regarding this class please email me to: firstname.lastname@example.org
I recently spent an amazing four hours with Ingrid learning how to paint beautiful florals with watercolour. Also got to try watercolour and acrylic inks and ask loads of questions. Ingrid is such a great teacher and helped each one of us with individual tips. Fully recommend her workshops.
